Before you can receive a paycheck from the USW Local 348 to reimburse you for expenses or lost work time while on union business, you must completely fill out the I9 and W4 forms attached to this page. If you need these forms before we have uploaded the new ones in a given year, you can check https://www.uscis.gov/i-9 for the newest I-9 and https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4.pdf for the newest W-4.
